***Update: app still having issues. Now the app wont allow me to accept daily offers. Really annoying as I am missing entries every day now.*** Sweet app. Only problem I've noticed is that it only saves my login sometimes. For whatever reason the app will say its experiencing an issue and I have to put my login info all over again.

I love the casino. However I really don't like the new update for the app. It's more confusing and less info. I knew how to move around in the last one. Also, I used to get free slot play every week and free room nights and I haven't had any? Why is that?

This app is great! for the most part... but really, the only problems I've had are all to do with the marketing department and even they finally nailed it and got it working as smooth as satin now. At first, the offers and ads were locked into 2 places I have never been. They had me reinstall the app and I was finally able to lock it into just Council Bluffs stuff. Bottom line, the staff at all the casinos were the greatest help here.

Just love this app! I can see all of my offers including comp room in one spot. My rewards are easy to spot. I've learned about an additional discount for my veteran husband. Glad I downloaded.

Super handy. I use this every time we go down. I just wish you could look at the breakdown of your reservation after you have booked it initially. When I click on my reservations it only shows me where I am staying and offers me check in or out

I struggled with loving or even liking previous versions of PLAY Total Rewards. The struggle has ended. They've got it right now. Nice work, take a bow app designers/developers! Looking forward to continuing improvements and relative content! Encore!

Do not like the new version. Big pictures or blank spaces where pictures should be make for difficult navigation. Can't easily see anymore what has been accepted. Wish I could go back to previous compact app where I could see status so quickly and effortlessly. I want things to be more efficient, not less.

This is a great app! I love being able to enter all of their contests, access free and discounted rooms for Vegas and claim my free slot play credits. The only thing I wish it had was more hotel stay offers for our local area Harrahs in Cherokee.

There are two big issues with this app 1) "OFFERS" do refresh without logging out and signing back in. 2) "DO and SEE" list can not be sorted by Date. These two features are meant to drive people to Total Rewards properties, but the issues with these features make it very inconvenient for users to see the offers and events that might actuallly encourage someone to attend a property.

Can't really write anything good about this app I downloaded it was on it for 30 seconds logged out because I got a phone call then I have not been able to log in it keeps saying oops something went wrong but does not state what went wrong like other better apps do they state the problem when trying to log in very disgusted about this definelty will not recommend this too anyone not even my worst enemy just garbage do not I repeat do not download please
