Great App and so easy to check all the information you need about every Caesar's Property and offers. Love it!

I have enjoyed the past 10 plus years of the casino! We loved "Happy Hour" on tuesday & thursday night. The people would become family & best friends, last week those days are gone. They have a new plan! The new casino area looks to be great!. Only time will time. Have had a few room problems but the staff fixed them. Now since Derby Ciyt open some people have stepped back, but again it will be the re-opening of the casino.

Terrible. I uninstalled it because every time I tried to book a room it said it was comped and then when I tried to book the comped room it showed a $200 dollar rate plus resort fees and taxes. so it was not comped at all. Or the room was sold out for the dates I wanted. It is also difficult to navigate. Very frustrating when trying to book a room. They need to change the calendar to book too.

Every winter we come out and enjoy the casino, this year it has really improved. Great Hotel and food and alot rewards. Will return in November 2019 to Enjoy once again. The reason I did not give a 5 star was because when the machines lock up or there is a problem with the machines and you hit the service button your wait could be as long as an hour or longer. Experience this several times this year..

this app locks up ALL the time!!! no particular page....everytime I use it I have to try login at least twice before it works....then during my look through my account....offers and such....it will lock up everytime. I have to exit and try again. I happen to know that my cousin has the same issues.

Great but could be better. Though Caesars encourages you to visit other properties in various cities (AC) there is no way to monitor your credit progress across properties on a given day. A pity since you get points for visiting and get even more points for your combined total for that day. There is no way to see your progress either on the app nor at a machine. They will tell you to visit the Rewards, Center, but they close late at night when you most need the info as you approach your goal.

I love this app. Helps me keep caught up on my way rewards. Also tells me about any specials that week. Every once in a while there's a glitch, but nothing is a real problems. Definitely recommend.

!! as always and will possibly continue to be outstanding and very detailed in the apps to come. Easy to maneuver in and out of each one..,the entries that you or someone that you know can navigate easily.

This app is VERY user friendly!! I use it to book my comp rooms. I can view all my special offers available at all properties. I get all my comps, free play, and packages all downloaded to this app by logging in with my players number and password! Seriously, this is by far, the EASIEST app I have ever used! I still get offers by mail, but if I lose the paper mail, I know everything is secured in this app! Great job on the app, love the new design and beautiful color photos of everything.

Need more options but looks like it's being worked on. I'd like to see a map added, access to my win/loss statement, and a way to bookmark favorite machines as just a few additional features suggestions. More interactive with me on my vacation would be appreciated as well such as room service ordering from the app and geotracking notifications for deals or just awareness reminders of popular Vegas events like the water/ light show outside. Caesars rocks, this app can use some improvements though
