I would prefer to give zero stars. Bwin is the worst platform i have used! They Will make complications when you want to Cash out, until you play All you money and loose every Thing. At least they can answer when you write a mail explaining things, but they dont. Use bet365 instead.

Awful company. I took part in a new customer, bet £50 and get £50 in free matched bets offers and guess what - they never honoured the free bets. Never used them since and switched to Bet365

I have recently tried to log in again to place some bets, but my account has been permanently suspended due to "business decision". I've spoken to the Live Chat Customer Service and they refused to share any reason or explanation as to why my account has been suspended. And advise me to make a new account with another email address. Thanks but no thanks! Use a different website.
