So I still haven't had a resolution on my matter. I requested a $330.00 withdrawal. Wasted about a week of my life with chat support. Who claim they have paid the amount to my instadebit account. Ive sent them statements verifying I didn't receive the funds. I also sent them a screen shot with a instadebit chat customer support which also verifies funds were not received. Worst customer support and seems like a couple people here have the exact same issue around the exact same time. Betway system saying it's paid but funds never received. I've sent the. Statements and all the proof they need to confirm I didn't get the funds. They can also reach out instadebit who will verify funds were never sent to them. Let's see how long this takes to fix. I'll post another update Monday.

My username on betway is RuSingh1 It's been 20 days already since I cannot Withdrawal any money Via AstroPay. It says that firstly I must deposit with that, but all my deposits was via AstroPay Only! And there is no proper support to solve this issue! You have to wait for 1-2 hours in live chat just to listen random stuff as: please restart your device, cleat cookies etc. Which doesn't help at all!

Withdrawal was a big concern with betway and Indians better don't use betway. Rather go for local apps which was trusted. Withdrawal status was paid in betway but it didn't reached to bank account. My deposits were more than 12lakhs and if it happened to me then not sure about normal users. I have a worst experience in withdrawal. No problem with smaller amounts but if it's a big amount it will be nightmare for us. Reaching out to support took ages and they says it will be passed to concern team and you need to wait for there reply. Overall experience with betway was good and if withdrawal was transparent then we can trust it. I will update about the final status of my withdrawal once I receive.

My user name: kaku6699 It's been more than 40 days, didn't receive my money. As per betway it takes 14 business days. But once your money is deducted from your account no one taking responsibility for it, if it is not reflected in betway account. 6 may 2021 deposit ₹1700 transaction successfull but not reflected in betway account, wasted hours n hours on chat but no response. Today waited 1 hour in queue and when it was 4 in queue the feedback page open asking for the feedback of chat without even chat been initiated. 30 may ₹500 declined transaction and as per support team 3-4 days money will come back.... Not received any amount yet.... ₹1700 pending from 6may ₹500 pending from 30may.. Pdf proof submitted, for chat wait for atleast 1-2 hour in queue and if you send email you will receive email back stating that "we are currently not monitoring this inbox". Wow making fool of customers. Really hard to describe how it hurts waiting in queue and atlast give a feedback for nothing. ₹1700 even show in deposit transaction but never reflected in betway account

My deposit is still yet not recieved. My betway username: samirrayli. On 22 may i made deposit in my betway account of 1500 INR through UPI but never get added in my wallet and my money has been already deducted from my account. Its been more than 24 days. Everytime I come to live chat they say we need 48 hr to check. Every 2 days they want 48 hr. Is this some kind of joke. We are not here to wait everytime. We are not fools here to wait for our own money.

Not happy.... I recently joined betway with a small deposit and received my welcome bonus without any problems and got verified etc without any hassle. I had recently lost a small fortune on my previous casino, so was just gonna take it easy before I started to make proper deposits.... A few days later, I received an email informing me that my personal information had been exposed to a small number of employees and that I should take the necessary steps to secure and change any login details etc that could be the same on any other website and apps etc.... while betway blocked my new account until I changed my login details.... As a way to apologise, they would credit me 20 free spins on a particular slot of their choice once this was done. Sounds easy, but trying to submit a new password while following the links is annoying when the site dont work properly on both website and app and any customer support emails you ask to help gets a return message warning that emails are not monitored, really starts to wind me up! I have a brain injury and as a result suffer with schizophrenia, although I take medication, the thought of my personal information being available to see is quite a big deal to me and it will keep eating away at me. Im a private person with no social media etc and value my privacy... only my family and close friends should know my name, dob, full address, telephone number, email etc etc! I was reassured that it was a small amount of staff that could have seen it and that it would be ok because they are a friendly team.... I am quite angry that a breach of trust with a big organisation can be so weak in its customers security and then be told not to worry about it Hahaha. I dont know these people and Im pretty sure whoever sent me the email dont know these people well enough to trust them with personal info and bank details! Im a friendly trustworthy family man, but I guarantee each one of them would freak out if it was me that had their details... im certain I would be arrested if I did! But because its a bookmakers and gaming site I shouldn't worry? The more I think about it the more annoyed it makes me! Very unprofessional!.... Now, just for an extra kick in the teeth... after finally changing my log in details, there were no spins waiting for me, no apology, no putting my mind at rest... so I went onto live chat to see if there was any kind of goodwill or reassurance.... the lad I was speaking to was as helpful and pleasant as far as it goes and didnt think it was fair to take it out on him so was quite polite and patient while waiting for over half hour for 20 spins to be authorised by whoever makes the decision.... in the end, he said he would give me 20 free spins on a slot manually instead of making me wait longer.... turns out, no spins added and customer service shuts at 12 which is when this conversation ended lol! I feel proper over and want to have this out with someone in charge of data security, and find out why this happened and also if it has happened to other people. Screenshots have been taken and i will be making a formal complaint to the relevant governing bodies... 20 free spins is laughable and take when so much confidential info has been left open, in a time where so much identity fraud and scams are so common... how would you feel if it was vice versa? Rant over for now.
