I’m absolutely disgusted with Betfair Zero communication just just an automation with generic replies After 14 months I’m still waiting on my refund after they refused my account but took my $50 won’t allow me to bet or refund my money even submitting all documents including deposit slip

Joined a couple of days ago and withdrew £220 got an email this morning to say my account was suspended and I need to upload documents I uploaded them and within 20 minutes my account was back active and my withdrawal is now pending to my bank was a bit sceptical after reading all the reviews but customer service was great

Very bad company. They closed without notice my account babbling about violation of terms and conditions but without refer exactly what's the violation and without giving any evidence. But the very uncorrect behaviour is that they don't refund the amount available on the account. The customer service is nothing but a word of mouth so it's impossible to contact the management not even in writing.

What a useless company.. been with them for untold years... not long ago, I was going to open an account with a company to get a price on a horse for Cheltenham, when suddenly I am blocked by companies including betfair... years ago I joined a poker company, and when I went to withdraw, in microscope printing, it said there was a several times roll over, so I self excluded from the thieves.. as betfair are in this flurry group, I am blocked for life.. they are nothing but con artists

Very good fair site I have fun and do not loose control of deposits. I’m well up on them and have won good amounts 5 star rating for bet fair. Lots of freebies pinball, free bingo won loads of times free spin until you win on fridays.

If I could leave no stars I would. They closed my account but are not allowed to say why. They then stole my £125 balance & all they keep saying is my account is blocked permanently & they cannot discuss it. Avoid them & Paddy Power as they are the same company.
