Absolute scammers, i was placed a 30pound bet for Ukraine to win at football and they win. I wanted to take my winnings but they closed my account and take my 30 pound as well. When i talk to customer service they will drop me out of chat all the time. Scammers should not operate, have to be shut down.

1 star is way too generous. They are Rob dogs. It's not good business to instantly restrict a first time user after 1 £5 bet. Then to say you have suspended/closed the account due to the nature of my business! Exactly what had I done wrong? I tried to withdraw my own money that was left in the account but it was not possible as their App would not reload when all my other apps worked just fine. I know £15 is not a huge sum, but that's not the point. When I go to the racecourse next time I will bet and very likely lose (but that won't matter). Next time it will be a face to face placed bet, so I will enjoy day next timeBet 365 spoilt my day out today. Thanks a bunch BET365.

So earlier I placed a bet on a horse which ended up being a non runner so thought about using that money for a different bet as it would of been voided but they put it down as a loss. Went onto the live chat and explained the situation but even though the horse never ran they refused to void my bet and say because it showed up as a loss they wouldn’t do anything about it. Well I was absolutely flabbergasted two days ago, when I found out they had shut my account down, I had one bet running on the international matches, which I have since lost, but I am just astonished why my account has been shut down, to which I would say a very good customer. So I bet on the above bet. But they said it needs to settle first. So I made a quick bet of 10 quid which I further deposited and which I lost. Then it gave me the free bets. Later when I tired to log in they had closed my account. No reason, no explanation nothing. I had to contact customer service and they said they will now send my original 20 quid back to me. But I still lost that £10 to get the free bets. I was flabbergasted. This is fraud. This is theft. This is blatant lies. This compnay should be investigated. Looking on here with a trust pilot 1 and a half star over all review says it's all. This compnay needs closing down. The government need to do something about this. Are we in the UK or Russia? Bet365 You should be ashamed of yourselves. How dare you close a new account with no explanation and hold my money until I request it back via customer service.
