Awful company - don’t call you back when promised. My horse won yet was disqualified due to a weight belt falling off the horse. No communication as to why the bet had been settled as a loss. Had to find out for myself. Be careful when complaining - they make out you have a gambling addiction and close your account! I was asked how did you feel when you lost your last bet. Due to replying not good they then cancel your account! Your supposed to reply you feel great! They trip you up! Also when they offer you 6 month exclusion if you refuse they cancel your account permanently. Been a customer for 15 years. Disgusting customer service. Still awaiting a response regarding my complaint to take this to the gambling ombudsman!

Im Canadian i play almost more then 5 poker site never had any problem whit whitdraw but on this site i wanted whitdraw my balance which is 485$ tried to whitdraw through interac e transfer they refused said my information is not correct which 100% lie, then i tried wire transfer i didnt recieve after 5 business i cantact them they said we already processed your withdraw i make thus history short now 18 business days i didnt recieve it i tried to cantact the live chat they are asking for 10 more business days to review my whitdraw totally scam, they lie lie, lie over lie avoid this scam site,

1 star is way too generous. It's not good business to instantly restrict a first time user after 1 £5 bet. Then to say you have suspended/closed the account due to the nature of my business! Exactly what had I done wrong? I tried to withdraw my own money that was left in the account but it was not possible as their App would not reload when all my other apps worked just fine. They did however refund after emailing them. When I go to the racecourse next timeIt. will be a face to face placed bet, Bet 365 spoilt my race day out. Thanks BET365.
