This is one of the worst scamming companies I have come across with.. I opened an account with them, and placed a bet, meanwhile they asked me to provide passport copy and proof of residence, which I did. The next day I have won a substantial amount, only to get an email from them my account has been permanently suspended without giving any explanation. After having a conversation with their useless customer team, they said the address I provided wasn’t correct( even though I sent them a copy of my tenancy contract and bank statement) and my account will be suspended, and I have lost my money for good. Being a customer for over 3 years I never had an issue then last month I had few high priced wins. Not big stakes 81$ and 51$ wins then all of sudden wanted to do some gambling awareness BS. Answered every question instantly. Then my account was restricted. I ring up restrictions removed. Week later get email saying need to speak to me. They rang me I answered first call. 15 minutes asking everything from salary to house value to savings etc. got email saying everything ok sent to management to review then week later I’m restricted. No email no communication. I ring up they wanted my driving license. I sent it. Then wanted tax return. I sent from ATO showing salary with how much tax was paid. No not good enough they wanted full tax return.. For goodness sake I’m a 20$ win bet person… in end I told them to shove my account up their backsides! I don’t drink I don’t smoke I don’t do drugs… I have little flutter… then a representative says their terms and conditions they have the right.. to carry out this affordability checks.. do credit references checks….
