Today - world cup final - I can get on to the website but as soon as I log in it says 'we are experiencing high demand, the wait time is 43 minutes '! Got scammed for my account with 110 pounds and another 80 that they took automatically from my account, I don’t have any idea how it happened, spoke with advisors and waiting for a manager to call me, been waiting for 4 days, and after the 80 pounds scam they closed my account. After signup and placing a qualifying bet, the freebet is NEVER credited. I got an email saying "your account has been restricted following a TRADING DECISION" and multiple attempts to have a case review are futile. They even refuse to give me a Case Reference Number so I can pursue the issue with the Gambling Comission. Absolute abuse of power and the T&Cs aren't fair on the customer.
