Their support agents are completely inadequate. They mishandled my verification and the funds that were in my acc were stuck for over 2 months. Bet365 has a great scam going. Say you have a 3 game parlay, they will show one of your games as a loss, even though it was a win, thus not allowing you to cash out if the possiblility came up.
