I opened an account a few years ago and wanted to withdraw the money but the sign in no longer works. They claim to have no record of the account because they don't keep records for more than about a year and refuse to refund the money despite me sending proof of payment and a copy of their letter with the account details. Bet365 blocked my account and still keeping my 2000 Euro balance for over a month. Despite asking multiple times to their customer support and providing all sorts of financial documents they are still keeping my money and not returning my deposit. My account has been closed without notification and explanation from their side. I made a search on internet and they seem to do it on a regulary basis. Several website mentionned similar experience than mine. I finally asked them to transfert my balance account, resquest not done yet!
