They will make mistakes on multiple occasions about a winning/losing bet, but they will not provide any solution meanwhile for the inconvenience. Example: they take your money on a winning bet, you let them know, you provide a screenshot of live streaming on their site, they say they will check and "please wait for our sports department to get back to you". After giving bet365 5 stars I am now taking it back. They have put my withdrawals on hold for almost 6 days. They don't have a number which works because of the pandemic apparently. So you have to speak to them on live chat and the live chat team will try to start a new problem for you instead of solving it out. It's such a shame such a huge company cannot process your withdrawals in time. They cannot comfort you whilst your waiting in stress. You cannot speak to the team which is dealing with your withdrawals. It's just a great mess. I wish I never signed up with them and trusted them with my money. It's very ridiculous!
