Shocking. Stay away from them. Happy to let you place a bet then make cash out option disappear. I had five winning bets at the weekend which I would have cashed out as wasn’t confident on last bet we talking almost 700 pound in bets which the cash out option would have been a lot of money. I tried to talk to customer service to ask how much cash out was and they just mugged me off from a copy and paste reply. will not be using theses again. Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. The app has been awful for such a long time, crashes when you log in, logs you out and can’t select buttons a lot of the time. Now on time of this they have taken away the cash outs so during the game you can no longer take the money at that time. Along with that you can’t see bets placed a lot of the time.
