Opened an account with a £100 deposit and made a £5 bet only to receive an email saying that " Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. ". Spent half an hour chatting with one of their representatives online but was refused any information as to why my account was closed. All they said was 'due to activity' which doesn't make any sense at all as I just opened it and there wasn't even any activity other than the initial £5 bet? bet365 representative also refused to refund my initial deposit in full or escalate my dissatisfaction as a complaint.
