Got a free £5 bet for the Man City and Real Madrid game. Put on a 3-2 and I could not get onto site as soon as the match started! I could not use my four digit code and then tried to change my password but still didn’t work. So I could never check if I had a cash out, for the minutes it was 3-2! Absolute rip offs. Bet on city v real for 3-2. Its gets to 3-2 go on the site to cash out and says the website is busy and I'm in a 3 minute queue. Waited 15 minutes with same message and now City score. Go to make a complaint and it says website is unavailable and will be back later.
