Customer service is quiet poor no distinctive answers basically like speaking to a robot even though was actual person! Withdrawal speed is very very slow still haven’t received it, deposit instantly but don’t want to pay instantly, over 24 hours still waiting… could be for another 2-3 days shocking must say

Constant withdrawal issues, something systematically wrong with this company and doubt they are telling people the full story. Possibly they are having financial difficulties given how hard it is for them to do basic payments?

Horrible gambling site. Avoid at all costs as they will cheat and steal your money from you. When you try to contact anyone they will avoid you and end the chat. Do not use betway, use any other site. It disgusts me how scummy and gross they are.

Do not use this company…. I have been waiting over a week for a refund of a deposit I made by debit card…. they have received the money but absolutely no urgency in returning it to me…. their live chat is completely useless and just fob u off with no resolution…. nobody answers ur emails and it is impossible to talk to anybody there. I will be making a complaint to the Gambling commission about this company… they should not be allowed to operate as the service is just not acceptable.

Been waiting 2 months to receive the money I withdrew. Sent all my details to validate account, which strangely they weren't bothered about when I deposited. Keep getting emails saying there looking into it but still no money forthcoming. Absolute horrific company to deal with and worst of all you can not talk to a human being.

Has anyone had any response from Betway yet? because I haven't and its about 2 weeks now my 1st deposit was took from me and nit put in my account, with no reply, there is no doubt there's something dodgy going on, but how are they still running posting adds and sending emails about promotions it's sick, how hasn't anyone like the gcuk got involved?

Dear Betway Team, Pl. consider this as critical, I have raised withdrawal request on 24th and still its reflecting as process completed. Please priorities this else will have serious consequences as am willing to go for legal forum if it is not happening. Am waiting for your call and resolution.
