The English Premier League (EPL) senior management announced the nominees for the title of the best player of the 2023/2024 season, according to the championship's press service.
Arsenal currently leads the league table after 36 rounds, one point ahead of Manchester City. The Citizens have one game in hand.
The list of contenders includes Erling Haaland (Manchester City), Alexander Isak (Newcastle), Kobbie Mainoo (Manchester United), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Bukayo Saka, William Saliba (both Arsenal), and Destiny Udogie (Tottenham).
Earlier, Kai Havertz named his teammate Bukayo Saka as the best player in the EPL. Ex-Liverpool player El-Hadji Diouf said that the Gunners will become English champions.
