It's now 11 days since the US election was called for Joe Biden and Betway are still refusing to settle bets. All other major UK bookmakers have long since settled. They have continuously changed their story as to when they will settle and their support offers only vague excuses and copypaste answers that mean nothing. How can an allegedly solvent, major bookmaker behave this way? It is impossible to have any trust in Betway after this experience and I don't know if we will ever see our winning bets paid out.

I still haven't been paid for my esports bet 4 MONTHS ago, Betway keep going with their stupid excuses every time I enter live chat, I've lost hope at this point. I'm going to keep spreading the word to most people including here, to NEVER use this bookie again they are the worst and biggest scammers ever.

It's now been 4 months and Betway still hasn't paid me for the esports bet that I've had, keeps telling me the match is "under investigation" when every single other bookie has paid, what I'm assuming is that it's not under investigation, as it's not going to take 4 months. Not to mention if/when I get paid, I would have to wait even longer to receive my money, as always. This bookie is trash and do not ever deposit your money on it.

I want to reply again to my old comment below: UPDATE: I got a reply from Betway which are now telling me that their "traders" are looking into the match and will settle it once they receive "an official result" of my bet. Bare in mind this match happened 3 MONTHS ago right. I, myself, went on hltv (which is a page who covers all the matches) and linked it to them (both on livechat and email which I was sent) the full proof of the match and the score, which in this case should settle the bet, but they are STILL saying "our traders are looking into and we have no official result" I'm not sure if they are trolling me right now or if their support or whatever it might be has no clue what they're doing or whether they're communicating to their traders or not but one thing I WILL tell you is to avoid using Betway, there are many other great bookmakers out there which provide great odds and work much better. I've waited 3 months to get my money from a CSGO bet and have still not received them, and they come up with stupid excuses to not pay up. Again, do NOT use Betway. Thanks.

I recently placed a bet on Baskonia vs Barcelona when Baskonia had a listed score of 72 and Barcelona had 61. However, a few seconds after I placed the bet, the score of Baskonia was downgraded to 71. I have checked multiple sources and it was not in fact a 3 pointer being downgraded, it was simply the bookie, Betway, giving the wrong score. My odds were 1.02 and I was looking for something of a small return since my bet size was pretty big. I doubt I would have taken the bet knowing their lead was 10 and not 11. Anyways, the game ended at 72-71 with Barcelona winning. I contacted Betway to get the bet voided because of this point: Palpable Error Rule: All odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. Where a palpable error or system failure results in an incorrect price, line or handicap taken in a bet – the bet, or part of the bet if it is a multiple /parlay will be void. If the error is noticed in time Betway will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds/line/handicap. Clearly my odds were wrong, since the score listed on their site was wrong. I was also inducted into error because of a mistake on their site. Initially Betway told me it was most likely palpable error and that the bet would be voided, but after I reached out to get an update from them, they told me the bet stands on the following grounds. "Betway is not responsible for any errors in regards to the announcing, publishing, times, results or venues displayed on the site" I believe this to be unfair and have seen the majority of other betting sites rule in favour of the user in these situations (Unibet). What should I do next? All help is truly appreciated.

I tried to make a deposit on 26th oct via google pay by using its payment processor. Although, the transaction got success from my end, it never got credited in the account. Their chat representatives kept sending me the curated message on the chat, which advised me to wait. I then contacted its payment processor I. e Bhartipay, after discussing my issues, they suggested me to contact the merchant as the transaction was already settled on the same day. It's been more than 3 days since I never heard back from them about that transaction.

I sent my documents to you twice. First I sent you my AADHAR CARD. Later I sent you my DRIVING LICENCE. But still why aren't you activating my betway wallet. What is this cycle? I never put my money in it. You should be ashamed of yourself for how many people's hard earned money you are eating. So God will never forgive you.
