On April 15, the third tournament of regular season of PFL this year will take place in LA, where we will see three Russian fighters. In one of the fights Magomed Umalatov will share the cage with American Dilano Taylor.

Magomed Umalatov won the European MMA championship in the amateurs, but started his professional career classy. Before receiving invitation to the PFL he made some noise in the Russian minor leagues, becoming the Eagle FC champion in 2020. He won all his fights inside the distance (by KO or TKO), including the title bout against Rashid Koychakaev.
In the PFL he continues what he started, beating everyone fast. Last season he was even considered the favorite in the welterweight division. But he couldn't get a British visa, withdrew from the tournament and essentially lost a million.

What about Taylor? Last season, he made it to the finals, where he lost by decision to Sadibou Sy. On the whole, he's not a great fighter, but very active one - last year he fought as many as five times (two defeats and three victories).
Expert Betting Tips
One doesn't have to be a fortune-teller to predict the outcome or even the scenario. Umalatov will make it to the parterre and just beat Taylor without respect. Dilano simply has no weapon against the undefeated Russian. So the only question is in which round Magomed will finish him off.
We're leaning towards not the first round. The American has been preparing for this bout. While he is fresh he can defend himself, and Magomed is not going to rush to attack. But the second round is likely to be their last.
