UFC Fight Night 235, also known as Vegas 85, will occur in the United States on February 4th. Julia Stolyarenko will take on Luana Carolina of Brazil in one of the preliminary card bouts. The bout will take place in the women's flyweight division.

Julija Stoliarenko is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the European Champion in the same sport. She also has a crowning trick - all but one of her victories in professional MMA have come with the help of elbow leverage - it's just unbelievable. In her last bout, Molly McCann (13-5 record at the time) fell under her armbar in the second minute of the first round. But looking at the picture, we wouldn't say Stoliarenko is shining in the UFC - four losses and only two wins.

But Luana Carolina is far from a top competitor, either. She wins more often in the UFC, but her opponents have been fairly unknown or debutants. Luana almost always wins on points without much brilliance, though. In her last fight, she managed to beat Ivana Petrovic (6-0), who came from Europe to conquer the strongest division in the world and had her first bout here.

Luana Carolina is the perfect victim for Stoliarenko's armbar. You don't have to be a fortune teller to predict Julija's attempts at a takedown from the first seconds. She will try it again and again until she succeeds. Carolina is not an expert in knockouts, and she defends herself weakly, and sooner or later, the fight will go to the canvas (sooner rather than later). And then Stoliarenko will get her way.
