Yagshimuradov started his martial arts career in karate, becoming Turkmenistan's champion in that sport, and later won the Kharkiv Oblast championship in freestyle wrestling and grappling. He debuted in MMA in 2012, fought fourteen consecutive fights in the Oplot league, had a little tour of the promotions, ended up in the ASA, and in 2019 became the ASA champion, winning by TKO against Karol Selinski.
That same year he defended the title, beating Butorin by decision, and left to conquer Bellator.
The fees at Bellator are very good. I have it openly written that it's $70,000 at the moment. What's there to hide? It's openly written on the internet. If the ACA paid more, you could have stayed too.
But Bellator is not conquering yet, here Dovletdzhan had two fights and lost both times - to Corey Anderson and by a decision in an interesting fight to Karl Albrektsson.
Yagshimuradov is currently ranked #55 in his division worldwide by Tapology.
Rafael Carvalho: It's really bad
Carvalho has been fighting at Bellator since 2014, but things have been just awful for him lately - he's only won once in his last six fights and lost his previous three fights.
We remember Rafael well from his fight with Vadim Nemkov in October 2019, when the Russian fighter choked the Brazilian in the second round.
Carvalho, according to Tapology, is currently ranked 114th among fighters in his division worldwide.
Expert Betting Tips
Both Yagshimuradov and Carvalho have won the vast majority of their victories by knockout. This gives bettors reason to believe that the fight will be bright and end early. Carvalho is finishing his MMA career, but the fighter from Turkmenistan still has a lot ahead of him and he is the favorite in bookmaker odds.
The odds on Yagshimuradov's victory are 1.60, while the odds on Carvalho are already 2.40. But at the same time, the bookmakers don't believe that the fight will end early.
