On the night of December 11th, the UFC 282 tournament will take place in the United States.
Claim Your Welcome Bonus!Bryce Mitchell
The 28-year-old American made it to the UFC in 2018. After losing in the semifinals of the 27th season of The Ultimate Fighter reality show, Mitchell still earned the right to fight in the final tournament, where he defeated Tyler Diamond by decision and got a contract with the UFC.
Mitchell had six fights in the promotion, five of which ended with the judges' decisions. In the last bout, Bryce defeated a famous Brazilian, Edson Barboza, by unanimous decision. All told, he is undefeated with 15 wins.
Bryce's strong point is wrestling. He has nine submissions, but Mitchell has never won by TKO in his professional career. The American fighter is currently ranked #9 in the welterweight division.
Ilia Topuria
The 25-year-old Spaniard of Georgian descent is standing out both inside and outside the ring, occasionally putting up a fight against other fighters. Topuria has 12 bouts at the professional level, and he has won every one. It's worth noting that only once did Ilia's fight go to the judges' decision.
El Matador is quite diverse - he won four times by knockout and seven times by submission. Topuria has already had UFC four bouts, going on a streak of three straight knockout victories. Ilia knocked out Jai Herbert at UFC Fight Night 204 this March.
Topuria has made no secret of his desire to break into the title race right now, but he has to deal with Mitchell first. Ilia is currently ranked number 14. Along with that, it's worth saying that Bryce is a whole new level of opposition to Topuria. He's never faced such great opponents in the UFC before.
Expert Betting Tips
The stronger fighter will be the one whose scenario will be the fight. Mitchell will try to get Topuria into a fight, but the Spaniard will focus on destructive counterwork, which he has been very good at lately. In a bout like this, emotions run high, and that will encourage the fighters to finish early. We believe they will have to go through two rounds to determine the strongest.
