Andrey Koreshkov has already been a Bellator champion and is now trying to regain the lost positions. Maybe it's not his fault, but he's doing it sluggishly. After losing to Larkin, Andrey had four fights, winning all of them, but his opponents were extremely weak.
In his last bout, he fought in the Shlemenko FC league. He finished the Brazilian Leonardo da Silva in the second round, a fighter who is probably not very well known even in South America.
Lorenz Larkin
Lorenz Larkin is another story. This guy has had many high-profile fights in both the UFC and Bellator, and his opponents have included Neil Magny, Jorge Masvidal, Albert Tumenov, Santiago Ponzinibbio, and Douglas Lima. Now, according to many experts, Larkin is in his best shape despite his age, experiencing his second youth, riding a seven-fight winning streak, and in his last fight, simply finished Mohammed Berkhamov with an elbow in the first round.
Expert Betting Tips
Koreshkov's arsenal of fighters seems to be more serious. In perfect conditions, he is the favorite - the Russian is more versatile in the standing, can wrestle, has no problems with his physical condition, and everything is in order with his character. But Larkin won't give him these conditions. He will always threaten with a knockout that can come from anywhere.
Nevertheless, Lorenz is still convenient for Koreshkov, and Andrey can drag out the bout if necessary. He usually doesn't make mistakes with his fight plans, and based on all this, he has a slightly better chance of winning. It's just a little confusing that the closer the fight gets, the more the bookmakers' odds even out, and Larkin isn't as much of an underdog as he was right after the bout was announced.
As for the length of the fight, we are unlikely to see a finish here, and there will be a few fists-throwing. Both will go into the clinch if things get uncomfortable.
