Bangkok born American based professional golfer will look look to move to the next round of the AIG Women Open when she will face both Rose Zhang who finished 72 and Hyo Joo Kim who had 73 points in the first round of the competition. Finishing with 71 points is a great one for the Thailand born which helped her to make it to this round. When she plays Rose Zhang and Hyo Joo Kim, she will have to do everything possible to get to her best in order to record at least 73 points in order to make it to the next round.
Rose Zhang
At Chambers Bay, Zhang will, however, be the one who leaves the widest gap in the field. The Stanford sophomore has won the Women's Am before, doing it in 2019. She just won the NCAA individual title and the Annika Award as college golf's player of the year. Additionally, she took first place in the U.S. Girls' Junior last summer and has twice competed for the United States in the Curtis Cup. Zhang will make her third major year appearance at the Women's Open. She finished with Davis, the defending Augusta National Women's Amateur champion two weeks ago in Evian, in a tie for 65th place at the U.S. Women's Open.
After finishing the first round at 72, she will have to work more and have to display top skills at the second round as she can not afford to sit at her laurels.
Hyo Joo Kim
The young Korean man already has a successful profession. Hyo-Joo, a young Korean professional golfer, won the 2012 Suntory Ladies Open while still an amateur, making history as the JLPGA Tour's youngest-ever champion at the age of 16 years and 332 days. She won the girl's 15–17 section in the 2011 Junior World Golf Championships. After that, she stunned tough pros, including the 2011 Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association money leader Ha-Neul Kim, to win a sensational victory as an amateur golfer at the 2012 season-opening Korean Tour event, Lotte Mart Ladies Open. She has started playing mostly on the LPGA circuit while competing on other professional tours. The 2014 Evian Championship grand final saw her earn her biggest victory.
She has also continued her quality display after recording a top 73 points in the first round of the AIG open. We expect her to perform at a high par when she competes against Rose Zhang and Ariya Jutanugarn at the second round.
Expert Betting Tips
In the first round of the AIG Women’s Open, Ariya Jutanugarn, Rose Zhang, and Hyo Joo Kim all put on an excellent performance having recording at least 71 points each. The second round will be a tough match as the three skilled golfers will have to battle it all out against themselves. Despite Rose Zhang quality and impressive performance at the first round, the amateur will find it difficult to scape through a more experienced Hyo Joo Kim and Ariya Jutanugarn. At the end, Hyo Joo Kim is expected to win this round considering his experience and skills.
