The White Knights have picked up five points over the previous five matches. Coach Jesualdo Ferreira is under fire following his inconsistent performances this season. Zamalek will be hopeful of bouncing back from their terrible run of games just in time for next month's CAF Champions League campaign. More recently, the White Knights settled for a goalless draw as nothing separated them at full-time. Zamalek had more ball possession, fired ten shots, and couldn’t find the back of the net.
Zamalek are five points behind their arch-rival and have scored the joint most goals this season.
The White Knights are unbeaten at home this season, having won four and drawn two over the last six matches.
Al Ahly (1st)
Last five games: DDWWD
Just like Zamalek, the Red Devils have been inconsistent over the previous five games. This could also be due to how competitive the league has been this season. Al Ahly remain unbeaten, having picked up thirty-one points from a possible thirty-nine. On match day 13, Al Ahly failed to win at home and could not score for the second time this season. They created so many chances and had sixteen shots to the opponent's four but failed to convert any of their shots.
Al Ahly maintained their reign at the top of the log but are not comfortable as they lead with just a point, and a defeat here could drag them to the second spot.
Al Ahly have won five and drawn once over the last six matches.

Al Ahly are extremely confident playing against Zamalek, who are yet to win their last four matches in all competitions. Al Ahly battered Zamalek in the Super Cup last year and will be keen to replicate that here. The previous two games at Zamalek ground ended in defeat for the White Knights as they lack enthusiasm heading here; bet on Al Ahly win for 1.85.
We expect both sides to get on the scoresheet for 1.89.
Bet on a total of over 2.5 goals here for 2.15.
