CF Montreal vs Vancouver Whitecaps: Betting on a solid Montreal win

In the next round of MLS, Montreal will face Vancouver. The two Canadian teams meet, although they represent different conferences. The bookmakers are on the home team's side, as Montreal has picked up two straight wins after a series of setbacks and is clearly in excellent form.

Three defeats and a narrow 1:0 win over Sporting Kansas City are Vancouver's results in their last four MLS games. Vancouver is only 13th in the West, -6 points behind Nashville, a team from the playoff zone. On the road, Vancouver is doing poorly. They have three losses in three games with a 2:9 goal differential. So, it's hard to hope for positivity in a game against an uncomfortable opponent.

Expert Betting Tips

Montreal, after being relegated from the CONCACAF League, has been busy making amends in MLS. In their last three games in the US Championship, the home side has picked up seven points, and they don't look like they are going to stop there. Especially since Montreal will only face Vancouver, who has a terrible away game. We think Montreal will definitely win on Saturday, and we wouldn't be surprised if the home team achieves a win by two goals or more. Handicap 1 (-0.75).

Vancouver didn't concede less than two goals in the away meetings in the MLS, scored to Los Angeles and Dynamo. The next bet is 3:1.
