It is difficult to determine the favorite but the national team of Northern Ireland inspires more confidence than the team of Cyprus. The latter failed to qualify for the World Cup, and then almost dropped out of League D. Northern Ireland must improve their tournament placing, because in the first round of the Nations League they lost to Georgia (0:1).
