Tunisia vs Comoros Prediction: The Atlas Lions are the favourite here, even though the guests can’t be underestimated

On Friday, the Atlas Lions will play their third AFCON qualifier against Comoros at the Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi. Tunisia, who have picked up six points from a combined six, will strive to maintain their spot at the top of the podium against a winless visitors.

Ali Abdi scored the opening goal while the hosts responded minutes later. Mohammed Ali Ben Romdhane then found the back of the net in the second half to retake the lead. Tunisia conceded a goal after 540 minutes of play against Gambia. Tunisia boasts of one of the best defences in the continent, but they have been ineffective in front of goal.

Stefano Cusin's men have lost just once over their previous ten games, a run their Italian tactician has inspired. Comoros are presently in second place on the group standings, picking up two points from a combined six. 

The Coelacanths have been in decent form lately, and after failing to qualify for AFCON 2023, they’ll do their best to make their mark this time.
