River Plate vs Argentinos Juniors: Betting on a Draw Win for Los Millonarios

In the Liga Professional they lost to Defensa y Justicia, outplayed Velez Sarsfield and Banfield. Overall, Argentinos Juniors are in sixth place in the Group A standings, with 14 points. Should they win this time, the visiting team would likely advance to the top-4 if they win on Monday night. On the road, Argentinos Juniors have the fifth-best statistic in the group, two wins in four games on a 5:5 goal differential.

Expert Betting Tips

The group stage of the Liga Professional is a rather short-lived competition, and River Plate is still far from a playoff spot. In that regard, a win over Argentinos Juniors could be of great help to the Millionaires. It is important to note that River Plate won their last two matches against the Argentinos Juniors 3:0 in the Liga Professional and 2:0 in the Copa Libertadores.
