The arrival of Alessandro Nesta as head coach will bring a change of style to Monza. The team will undoubtedly play more defensive football than they did under Raffaele Palladino. At least, that was the case with Nesta's previous teams. Nor do we think Empoli will lose. D'Aversa is a much more experienced coach than Nesta and will need less time to adapt to a new team.
