Le Havre vs Stade Rennes Prediction: Rennes need more than one goal to win this.

All attention turns to Stade Rennes as they travel to the Stade Oceane to take on Le Havre. Rennes have been pulling a lot of weight recently with their incredible performances in recent matches. They hit six goals a few days ago against Sochaux in the Coup de France to extend their winning run to 7 games in all tournaments. As they approach this game, they are looking to carry on their run and it would not come as a surprise if they succeed.

For Le Havre, their recent results are far from excellent but they are not disappointing either. They were poor in their most recent game against Strasbourg in the Coup de France, but to be fair, it was never going to be an easy fixture for them away from home. But beside the Coup de France defeat, they have not lost in 5 games in the league. The 3-1 win over Clermont Foot back in December was the turnaround point for them as they went on to win 6 games after that. They also did spectacularly well in the 6-1 routing of Sochaux in the Coup de France a few days ago. 

Benjamin Bourigeaud is one player that's not been talked about enough for Stade Rennes. He's been one of the standout players on the team so far this season. The French midfielder have started 18 games in the Ligue 1 and he's joint top scorer with 5 goals. He's been in the Ligue 1 team of the week 4 times already this season and he's having a very good season for Stade Rennes. Surely, he's one man that would help spur the team to continue in this brilliant run.

Rennes are 9th on the Ligue 1 table with 28 points and they are 2 points away from Olympique Marseille in 7th spot.
