It is clear that Swansea will not be able to improve on their performance from last season unless they become more solid in defence. However, there is a feeling that the Robins need to find a better balance, as none of their goals have come in the first half and their only victory against Millwall was achieved through a last-minute winner. While Pearson will be satisfied with keeping Bristol City in the running for a top-six finish at this stage, it is clear that they need to find a spark in their attacking play rather than relying solely on Nakhi Wells.
