After losing seven consecutive matches in the Championship, one would have thought that Oxford United must be demoralized by their current form. However, the team under Des Buckingham has managed to win five draws during this period, leaving them three points above the relegation zone. They have lost only one of the last six games, to Sunderland, who are currently way ahead at the top of the table. Well to be honest it was never going to be in doubt, Oxford had been awful on the road since getting promoted
Oxford has won all six league games on their own patch and conceded just three points from that period.

Oxford United vs Swansea City Expert Picks
Oxford will be absent some of its key players such as Joe Bennett, Cameron Brannagan, Siriki Dembele, Kyle Edwards, Matt Phillips, and Przemyslaw Placheta until after the November international break. That leaves Buckingham with very little room for maneuvering a different lineup, but the likes of Greg Leigh and Josh McEachran might be pushing for a recall.
Swansea may bring in some changes in the midfield and attack to get out of their scoring drought. Up front, Liam Cullen may replace Zan Vipotnik, while Ollie Cooper may return to the team. Andy Fisher, Josh Ginnelly, and Eom Ji-sung are unavailable for Swansea. Both teams haven't been picking up wins lately, but Oxford's home record has been good, and so has their defense, hence making them favorites for the game.
