Millwall under Neil Harris have been recovering quite well from a slow start to the season, with an end to the previous season very much in the same spirit. They have been winning results through grinding out a win, especially after winning two consecutive 1-0 matches against Plymouth Argyle and Swansea City and now find themselves in the top half of the table.
Although the Lions are still only five points clear of the relegation zone, the upward momentum has to be considered as being very competitive not only for the league but also by the fine margins that separate teams. From a defensive perspective, Millwall have been solid as no more than one goal in their last ten matches will attest to their disciplined approach at the back.
As they seek to defy a Burnley side which hasn't scored freely this season, their solidity in defence will be the likely inspiration behind Millwall grabbing all three points in what could turn out to be an eventful and tight contest where goal scoring opportunities are bound to be at a minimum for both teams.
Millwall Starting XI

Burnley Form
Burnley had had an extremely solid season thus far, losing just once in twelve games-and that was to the leaders, at the time-of-course. But five of six cleansheet matches have been impressive defensively and he will know that this was the main problem on a day when his side cannot win when they were meant to draw.
While Burnley's solidity at the back is laudable, it is their lack of a cutting edge going forward that is a concern, as they never scored more than two goals in any of their last ten games. Parker would want to balance this out and push his side harder to be more clinical at the final third. If they can solidify their attack, then they are much more likely to keep the title hopes and bridge the gap with the title contenders.
As Burnley look for a revival to keep hopes of promotion alive, that fine balance of defensive solidity coupled with an attacking edge would be needed in the remaining matches.
Burnley Starting XI

Millwall vs Burnley Expert Tips
This match is definitely going to be very competitive, with Millwall's recent form putting them in a good position to cause an upset in the playoffs. Their defensive solidity and ability to win tight games show their resilience. Burnley, on the other hand, have been very consistent and have been able to grind out results. With a solid defense and organized play under Scott Parker, they are a team to watch out for.
Burnley is known to be difficult to beat on the road, so they will have a slight advantage in this game. The disciplined defense of Millwall will see them make it tough to take all three points, but the experience and quality Burnley has might just secure it for them, most likely through the odd goal in a close contest. It is a tight game, but Burnley might edge it.
