Coventry is currently in 10th place in the table, but Mark Robins is pleased with the progress his team has made in the early weeks of the season. Since losing their first game to Stoke City, Coventry has won three games and drawn one, with the draw coming against Bristol City. Interestingly, Coventry has played the same teams twice this month - the Robins and Oxford United in the EFL Cup. In their recent match against Oxford, Coventry won 1-0, with Brandon Thomas-Asante scoring his first goal for the team since joining from West Bromwich Albion. Coventry has struggled to score more than one goal in four of their five games this season, which Robins will want to improve going forward.
Coventry City Predicted Lineup

Norwich City form
For Norwich, manager Johannes Hoff Thorup is facing challenges in multiple areas of the pitch in the early stages of the season. Despite earning draws against Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield United, Norwich has conceded a total of 12 goals in five matches, with a significant portion of those coming in their EFL Cup match against Crystal Palace. Thorup acknowledges that Norwich is a work in progress, but a loss in their upcoming match could see them in the relegation zone during the international break.
Norwich City Predicted Lineup
Gunn; Stacey, Duffy, Doyle, Chrisene; Nunez, McLean; Crnac, Forson, Sainz; Sargent
Coventry City vs Norwich City Expert Tips
Thomas-Asante is looking to earn a starting spot in Coventry's attacking lineup after scoring against Oxford. Kasey Palmer's recent performances may also see him included in the starting XI, potentially replacing Tatsuhiro Sakamoto and Jack Rudoni. Thorup is expected to make fewer changes following the loss to Palace and revert to a lineup similar to the one that drew with Sheffield United.
Amankwah Forson has been influential in the number 10 role for Norwich City, providing two assists already. Meanwhile, Oscar Schwartau may have to wait for his first start after joining from Brondby. Possible starting lineups for Coventry and Norwich are provided.
Robins is confident that Coventry is starting to perform well, unlike their opponents. Therefore, we predict that Coventry will secure a victory in this match.
