With the talent at his disposal, many felt that Scott Parker was the man who might inspire Burnley to make an automatic promotion push. However, following those nine goals in its first two matches, Burnley has scored just eight in the next 12 games. Burnley's run of scoring ended in a goalless draw against West Bromwich Albion. This success has mounted pressure on Parker, who has only earned two successive wins in the last eight matches.
Burnley has been unbeaten so far at Turf Moor and has earned 12 points from the six matches played. They have also surrendered just two goals.

Swansea City FC Form
Swansea ended a six-game winless streak with consecutive victories over Oxford United and Watford. The team has clearly battled to score the kind of goals they wish; since August 17, they have not scored more than twice in a league game. Swansea now finds itself just five points behind Burnley, and the potential for a great rise up the standings with victory in the North-West match.

Burnley vs Swansea City Best Predictions
Considering Parker need to bring some fresh blood into his team, he may opt for a strong Burnley side similar to the one he used in the last game against The Hawthorns. Perhaps more directly impacting things is Josh Laurent, whom Soucek can perhaps replace one of the creative midfielders-such as Luca Koleosho-in place of Jeremy Sarmiento on the wing. Of those out injured, Manuel Benson and Mike Tresor look to be the closest to returning before the international break. Perhaps that means Williams sticks to the same starting eleven which sent the team through against Watford for Swansea. Meanwhile, Andy Fisher, Josh Ginnelly, and Eom Ji-sung will also be unavailable for this one. It should, however, be a close call as Swansea is in terrific form while Burnley simply is having a terrible season so far. But Parker also knows that something has to give if they are going to win perhaps even a last-gasp win at Turf Moor.
