Despite a series of power tussles between both teams, the game ended in a 1-1 draw. La Equidad are winless in their last five games having drawn three and lost two. Interestingly, they've only scored just two goals and conceded eight!
CD Jaguares (DLLLD)
CD Jaguares continued their winless run with a draw to Alianza Petrolera. The draw was particularly disappointing because Petrolera had a red card early in the first half. Alianza Petrolera was particularly reckless and had a yellow card shown to Luciano Ospina just 11 minutes into the game. Another was shown to Pablo Bueno in the 18th minute. He was shown a second yellow and eventually sent off seven minutes later for another reckless challenge on Carlos Paez. This opened up the opportunity for CD Jaguares to press Alianza Petrolera and score. Unfortunately for CD Jaguares, the visitors played their ultra defensive game and completely stopped the hosts from scoring. Despite being a man up and having close to 70% possession, CD Jaguares could only muster four shots all through the sqlf whole Alianza Petrolera had three shots.
