ASC Jaraaf vs USM Alger Prediction: The game could go either way, but the guests are our favourite pick here

ASC Jaraaf will face off against USM Alger at the Stade Me Abdoulaye Wade Stadium on Sunday. Following their defeat in their opening game, the hosts have no option but to secure the maximum points on their ground against a one-time CAF Confederation Cup winner.

USM Alger have been pretty decent since the season began, and they’ll be poised to maintain such momentum in this competition. They have lost two games in all competitions this campaign and have kept ten clean sheets in ten games. 

USM Alger didn’t have a smooth sail in their qualifying round, as they had to score twice to overturn a goal deficit against Stade Tunisien on their home turf. 

The 2023 champions are one of the favourites to triumph in this competition, and we can see them getting to the final this season.

ASC Jaraaf head here with a disappointing performance in their opening game and will be keen to flip the script here. The hosts have failed to keep a clean sheet in seven consecutive games in all competitions, and I’m confident the guests will try to exploit them here.
