Fortaleza vs RB Bragantino Prediction: This is one of the best games of Round 4

This match between Fortaleza and RB Bragantino isn't exactly a classic in Brazilian football, but the two teams have plenty of quality and are going through a good run of form. The Cearenses have yet to lose in the Série A, although with one less game, and this week, they beat world-famous Boca Juniors 4-2 in the Copa Sudamericana. On the other side will be Red Bull, who leads the Brasileirão with seven points from three games, the same as Flamengo, but with more goals scored.

The match between Fortaleza and Boca was a great spectacle. Under the command of Argentinian Vojvoda, the Lion displayed his strength and was even leading 4-1. Boca Juniors reduced the deficit to 4-2 in the 85th minute and eased the defeat somewhat. Lucero and Pikachu were the star performers for the Cearenses, with two goals apiece. With four points from two games in the Brasileirão, Fortaleza will now focus on the league and do everything to bring new joy to its fans in the match with Bragantino.

The Massa Bruta also played a game for the Copa Sudamericana this week. Pedro Caixinha's team hosted and beat Sportivo Luqueño from Paraguay 2-1. The Portuguese coach wasn't satisfied and criticized the players' lack of commitment, perhaps to prepare the team mentally for the tricky game at the Arena Castelão. Bragantino finished sixth last year but failed to qualify for the Libertadores group stage. The club aims to repeat a top 6 finish.
