Benin will look to show character after a less-than-stellar in the first leg. With that defeat, Benin have lost consecutive matches, having lost to Rwanda in a prior encounter. Yet, Benin have two wins in their last five games, coming against Rwanda and Libya. However, they lost to Nigeria in that run and will now look to do the impossible here.

Togo

Togo pulled off a 2-0 win over Benin in the first leg and will have high hopes here. In that game, Togo scored in each half, with Denis Abalo and Kokou Avotor scoring for this team. In the meantime, prior encounters to that win saw Togo go seven matches without a win, losing three and drawing four. While they are in the lead in this one, Togo will hope to be at their best, showing character as they eye a spot in the next round.

Regardless of how things ended in the first leg, I am backing Benin in this game. At home, this team is tough to beat and is one of the better sides in the qualifying tournaments. While Togo could be a threat offensively, I believe they will settle for defensive play, as a draw will send them to the next round. A bet on a few goals is another option to consider.
