Bamenda will hope to return to winning ways after a defeat to Dynamo Douala last weekend. Bamenda had a solid second-half performance in that game, but their inability to hold before the break handed them their first defeat of the season. However, their season opener against Panthree ended in a win, with Patrice Belemb's 61st-minute strike being the decider.

Heading into this game, Bamenda have a record of five games unbeaten on home turf. Yet, this side failed to win any of their last seven home matches, losing two in that run. In fact, Bamenda scored three goals in those games. 

Gazelle

Gazelle played Colombe the previous weekend and settled for a goalless draw. However, the visiting team started their season with a defeat against Fortuna Mfou, ending 1-2. This is tough to predict, but I will lean on the home side. While Bamenda have been a bit better this season, I feel their chances at home are high. However, Gazelle, having failed to find their rhythm, is expected to find it difficult to net, unlike previous meetings. Also, while the two teams should rely on defensive play, I believe that a bet on a few goals is also a solid option.
