Xtreme Gaming comes to Birmingham as a favorite. The last tier-1 tournament was successfully won by the Chinese, and at the ESL event the Ame team will have to prove their strength in the LAN. Will Xtreme Gaming be able to win another trophy in 2024?

Ame was able to return to the level of a top carry. Many had doubts that after the break, the Chinese first-position player would be able to regain the condition he had in the past. The Ceb collective has actually returned to the tier-1 scene. After last year's failure, the organization made conclusions and returned the co-owner to the main roster. In addition, Wisper and Ari came to the team, and recently Timado started playing as a standin. Thankfully, there was no need to change bzm. The current five players do not show stable results yet, but they are always scary even for top opponents. Why?

Timado has made the OG even more unpredictable. Wisper and Ari performed well in January, and Elite League had to focus on Timado as well. The Peruvian can maintain the pace of his teammates, or he can play to his pharma and be useful already in the leit stage. At Elite League, Wisper and Ari's skills were down, especially the Bolivian offlayer didn't do well. 

OG was just a little bit short of making the Elite League playoffs. At DreamLeague Season 22, the path to the playoffs was cut short in a matchup with Team Spirit that decided which of those teams would make the top 4. OG wasn't supposed to be in Birmingham, but they got an invite due to circumstances - 1win couldn't get their visas processed in time, and Ceb and company were called in its place. Group B will be very tough on opponents, but of the six teams, four make the playoffs.

The history of head-to-head meetings shows that OG is able to fight with the Chinese and even win in EO3. But the Elite League winners are in great shape now, and usually do not start tournaments with defeats.
