SK Gaming did not get off to a great start in this split. The guys won over Team BDS in a tight game in the first week, but things got worse. On the second game day, MAD Lions left no chance for the guys, and on the third game day, Fnatic also easily defeated SK Gaming. The first match of the second week also failed. In the meeting against Astralis, the guys didn't perform well, leaving the score at 1-3. At the end of the week, SK Gaming met with Misfits Gaming, who trashed the guys, 1-4. The start of week three came out a bit of a surprise. The organization announced that Gadget, who plays in the academic lineup, would be playing this week instead of Jezu. The first game day for SK Gaming was not too bright. Team Vitality beat SK Gaming without trouble, sending them to the penultimate spot. On the second game day, Gadget still couldn't help the team to break the losing streak. SK Gaming ended the third game week with a score of 1-6. The fourth game week started with a surprise win against G2 Esports, which broke SK Gaming's losing streak. At the end of the week, the boys unexpectedly beat Excel, who was in second place. At the beginning of the fifth week, SK Gaming easily defeated Team BDS, but the next match met with MAD Lions, who did not give the guys a chance to win. Today SK Gaming will play with Astralis, who are currently showing an average game.

SK Gaming is a German eSports organization. Founded in 1997 under the name "Schroet Kommando" in Oberhausen, Germany, it has since evolved into one of the largest and most famous eSports organizations in the world. They are primarily known for their hugely successful Counter-Strike team. SK Gaming's entry into the League of Legends discipline began on September 16, 2010, when SK acquired the I WEAR A CAPE IRL team consisting of Osaft22, SleazyWeazy, Severus, Reyk, Zylor, Pylat and Awe kek. SK Gaming began competing in the LEC in 2013, but there were no results until 2016. Then the organization decided to freeze the project, returning only in 2018, but then they played in the Prime League (Germany's main league). They did not stay there long and returned to the LEC as of the 2019 season. The organization is still not showing results, ranking 5-6 in all splits.

SK Gaming finished the spring split in 8th place in the overall standings, thus missing the playoffs by a score of 7-11. The organization did not make any substitutions for the summer split.

For this season, SK Gaming has only replaced a jungler and a midlaner.

Gilius is a German jungler who has played in a bunch of leagues during his career, including the LEC for various organizations.

Sertuss is a German midlaner who managed to destroy French and German major leagues during his career, but didn't show anything at EU Masters.

The start of the split was perfect for Astralis. Although in the opening match G2 Esports sent the guys to a score of 0-1, everything went much better. On the second game day Team, BDS could not compete with the opponent, and on the third game day, Astralis had to sweat. In a tough encounter, the guys scored important points against Misfits Gaming, thus going to a score of 2-1 at the end of the first game week. In the second week, Astralis continued to shine. With a win over SK Gaming, the guys took first place in the overall standings, 3-1. The end of the week was less pleasant. After falling to Rogue, Astralis fell to third place in the overall standings, 3-2. Week 3 began with a loss to Fnatic and dropped to the 6th line, but that wasn't the end. On the second day, Astalis lost to Team Vitality, 3-4. Week 4 began with a break in the losing streak. After defeating Excel in a tense encounter, Astralis went 4-4, which gave them a chance at the playoffs. At the end of the week, Astralis lost to the MAD Lions before falling to seventh place. At the beginning of week five, Astralis failed to G2 Esports, dropping to sixth place in the overall standings. At the end of the week, the guys improved by defeating Team BDS but remained in sixth place. Today Astralis will meet SK Gaming.

Astralis didn't come to League of Legends from the beginning. It was a little more complicated than that. Astralis was the first Danish-owned organization, founded in 2016 as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with an all-Danish Team SoloMid roster. It was rumored that after winning four Major CS: GO tournaments, the organization would join the EU LCS as part of the 2019 European franchise program. It was later reported that Astralis' parent company, RFRSH Entertainment, had acquired Origen and would use their name and brand to participate in the EU LCS. On August 9, 2019, Astralis and Origen merged into the Astralis Group, which separated from RFRSH Entertainment. On September 15, 2020, it was announced that Astralis Group would combine all Astralis-branded activities and teams, including Origen's League of Legends team.

Now let's talk about Origen, as their results are something spectacular. In 2015, they tore up the whole European scene, taking 1st place in the spring split, 2nd place in the summer split, and 1st place at the regional finals. They also made it to Worlds that year, where they took 3rd-4th place. Early 2016 continued Origen's winning ways as they finished 2nd in the spring split, but a 9th place finish in the summer split sent them to play qualifiers the following season. In 2017, they dropped out of the LCS again, but failed to get through qualifying. They play matches for a chance to qualify for the EU Masters, but in addition to winning the league, they also pick up a win at the EU Masters. In 2019 the organization finished 2nd in the Spring Split, but again failure in the Summer Split put Origen away from a chance to go to Worlds, at the end of the season they finished 4th at the Regional Finals and moved on. The 2020 season began with a 4th place finish in the spring split and another failure in the summer split (10th place this time). The 2021 season showed nothing new - 8th and 9th place on the two splits.

The spring split was a disaster for Astralis. The organization finished 10th overall, 3-15. Before the summer split, the organization replaced three players.

This time, we take a victory of Astralis, a total frags over 23.5, and the duration of the map under 33 minutes.
