Schalke 04 vs GamerLegion Prediction: Schalke 04 is doing fine

Schalke 04: Everything is fine

The summer split for Schalke 04 is currently looking very good. In the first three weeks, the boys have only been repulsed in two games but have only lost one. That was on the first game day of the third week when BIG defeated Schalke 04 without any problems. In week four, the boys faced Eintracht Spandau and E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS. In the match against Eintracht Spandau, nothing worked out, due to which Schalke 04 missed the main opportunity to take the first place in the overall standings. However, everything changed too unexpectedly. With a win over E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS, the scoreline went to 6-2, now four teams. It is these four teams that now share first place. In 2016, Schalke 04 Sports Club bought the squad with a slot in the EU LCS (currently LEC) Spring 2016, but the squad only managed to finish 8th in the season at the start. The following year Schalke 04 was back in 8th place in the Spring Split, but in the Summer Split and then in the Regional Finals, they finished in 2nd place, a record for the organization throughout its existence. The next season it was all over again. Again, they got a 7th-8th place in the spring split and again a place in the summer split and regional finals, but it didn't last that long. In 2020, Schalke 04 took 8th place in the spring split and 5th place in the summer split, but that was just the beginning. At the beginning of the 2021 season, the German organization ranks 4th in the spring split, but in the summer, they are 10th in the overall standings. After that, the management decided to sell their slot to the BDS organization and move to the Prime League, taking the place of their academic squad.

The first split in the Prime League for Schalke 04 did not turn out too badly. The boys finished the split with a score of 11-7, taking 4th-5th place in the group. The play-offs, on the other hand, were not too good. In the first round, Schalke 04 lost to Unicorns Of Love SE 3-1, thus finishing 6th in the spring split. GamerLegion: Only eighth place

The season didn't start too well for GamerLegion. In the opening match of this split, the boys faced BIG, whom they should have beaten with no problems, but after losing an important brawl on the dragon, GamerLegion gave away the lead and then the game. On the second game day, Mouz didn't even give the boys a chance of a close game, destroying their opponent in 25 minutes, thus sending GamerLegion to an 0-2 scoreline from the start of the season. It cannot be said that it was the new ADC's fault, as they showed a pretty good game in both meetings. In the second week, GamerLegion gave Eintracht Spandau the win in a close encounter, and on the second game day, the boys lost to E WIE EINFACH. The third game week also started with a defeat. This time GamerLegion lost a point to the boys from UOL Sexy Edition. In the last match of the third week, they interrupted their losing streak of 5 games with a tough battle against PENTA 1860. In week four, GamerLegion faced Wave Esports and SK Gaming Prime. Wave Esports could not fight back against GamerLegion, but this is only their second win of the season. The match against SK Gaming Prime was pretty readable. GamerLegion was unable to do anything. In week 5, the boys will face Schalke 04 and BIG, who will be hard to beat.

The GamerLegion organization has been active in the Prime League since 2018, but they didn't do particularly well at first. The 2018 season saw the team finish 9-12th. The following year this was repeated, but in the 2020 season, the squad shot up, finishing 3rd at all three splits, 9-12th at the spring EU Masters and 2nd at the summer EU Masters. Everyone was very pleased with this result, so for the 2021 season, there was no change in the squad, but the results were very different. The team finished in 5th place at all three splits, thereby missing the EU Masters. For season 4, replacements were made, leaving only Visdom. Such a sharp substitution worked, securing GamerLegion first place in the Spring Split of 2022, but at the EU Masters, the boys only finished in 9th-11th place. Before the summer split, jinjo left the organization and was replaced by Nata from the NLC league.
