Natus Vincere is in great playing form and is consistently in the top three CS2 teams. After the summer break, the Born to win won Esports World Cup 2024, played in the grand finals of IEM Cologne 2024, and now confidently reached the quarter-finals of ESL Pro League Season 20. B1ad3 has long ago proved to everyone that he can do well without s1mple, and Natus Vincere should owe their results to him.
In the spring, the team fully adjusted to their coach, executing all his strategies. The community was very appreciative of the discipline within the team and the commitment to the strategies. Since then, Natus Vincere has become even more dangerous, as the players have gained a cool individual form after the majors. You can rely on everyone: iM and jL are playing at the level of the best players in the world in autumn, w0nderful is very stable with AWP, b1t is a secret weapon, Valeri turns on in important matches and shoots headshots. AleksiB is on this team as B1ad3's sidekick and someone who just has to make a few personal mistakes, and Finn is doing a great job of that. Natus Vincere has played 41 maps in the last three months, only losing in ten of them. She has good scores on most maps - Mirage (90%), Dust II (83%), Ancient (80%), Nuke (75%).
The Born to Win pulled off a very adventurous decathlon last year, being without their main star s1mple. Everyone thought that without the legendary sniper Natus Vincere would sink to the bottom, but B1ad3 proved to everyone that not everything revolves around one man. Through difficulties, the team took the lead in CS2 and stayed there. Now Natus Vincere is not seen as an outsider in any match, regardless of head-to-head stats and tournament situations.
Team Spirit
The Dragons are in the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League Season 20, though they have travelled a long and thorny road to this match. They failed to take the first place in Group B, so Team Spirit started their way to the playoffs from the first round. In the elimination matches the team defeated FURIA Esports and Imperial Esports. The donk team has already played fifteen matches at the tournament, and does not want to stop at this mark.
Team Spirit's game cannot be called perfect. In every match, the Dragons are literally fighting for wins. With FURIA Esports, both maps were decided in the last rounds, Imperial Esports dragged the Dragons to extra rounds in the first one. In the second one the spectators saw the familiar Team Spirit - accurate, fast, strong. Donk is again leading the race for the MVP title, his stats for the tournament: 1.5 HLTV rating, 100 damage per round, 0.98 kills per round, 1.73 IMPACT. In all stats, he outperforms the other players in the tournament, including current world top 1 ZywOo. But usually Team Spirit has all players with positive ratings, and here we have chopper with negative stats, and magixx on the ‘borderline’ mark. Sh1ro and zont1x are playing at their usual level, and it's commendable for the latter - after the break it looked like the support player had slumped a bit, but after the failure at IEM Cologne 2024 he shook up and reminded why he's considered one of the best in his position.
OverDrive once said the right thing - we constantly expect Team Spirit to play phenomenal, crushing victories, dominating any opponent. But any team can't be the strongest indefinitely. ‘Dragons’ are young, this is their first year at such a high level with this squad, they are also learning. Fans just have to remember that Team Spirit has the power to handle top opponents. At least, Natus Vincere has never handled donk and company yet.
Expert Betting Tips
Despite the fact that all face-to-face meetings remained for Team Spirit, Natus Vincere imposes a tight competition in each. The Dragons are not in their best form at the moment, but the Born to win are looking strong and victorious. We will not guess the winner, but believe in a good and beautiful fight with three cards.
