BTS Pro Series Season 9: Southeast Asia is an online Dota 2 tournament that will run from October 29 to November 14, 2021. Nine Asian teams will compete for $60,000. The tournament is important for the upcoming inaugural DPC league season of the new 2021/22 campaign.

A month ago, the Nigma and Galaxy teams announced their merger. Nigma now has two squads, in Europe and Asia, sponsored by Sheikhs.
The Singaporeans of the current Nigma are the champions of the seventh BTS tournament, and it was a pity to lose a strong squad at the beginning of the playoffs of the eighth BTS season. Still, due to lack of motivation, the guys just leaked two matches and went on a month-long holiday, where they were still left under this galaxy tag, but with the prefix SEA.
All year long, this squad has been dotting their line-up, changing position after position. The Malaysian midfielder AlaCrity is the only old-timer who has been in the team for more than a year. This Asian squad did not participate in any other tournaments for a month, resting or working fruitfully. Still, unlike their opponents, they did not participate in dubious Tier-3 tournaments for penny prizes, which did not stop during TI10 either.
OB.Neon: The Filipinos are trying out new players
The OB Esports x Neon line-up has undergone a big change this summer. All the main players have moved to BOOM, while the Asian organization only got Mikoto from the Indonesians in the opposite direction. All in all, the new Neons are something of an experiment that should prove itself by the end of this year. But that’s just my guess. In the meantime, the guys are participating in all the tournaments in a row.
After TI10, this team was the first to play in several parallel Tier-3 tournaments, replacing their current coach. The current number one is Filipino Palos, who joined the team from Execration. In addition, OB.Neon will play in this BTS tournament with a stand-in in the person of midfielder Jamesy, who is known for his performance for Cignal Ultra over the last few years.
Yes, the playing form of the guys is exactly normal. They maintain the shape every day, but so far, they can not please their fans with a victory; more and more often, BO2 matches end in a draw.
Expert Betting Tips
I don’t have much faith in OB. Neon’s success, but the game’s tone should make the difference on some maps and help the Filipinos take one out of two. So I’m leaning towards a draw in this opening pairing. The odds for a draw are 2.15.
If ever there’s a surprise game tone, it’s right there on the first map. So I’ll risk predicting a win for OB.Neon on the first map for odds of 2.62.
Well, the total frags of the two teams on the first map will be over 53.5 at odds of 1.86.
