On Friday, June 10, the first week of play in the third round of the DPC South America Regional Dota 2 League will continue. The Hokori and SG esports teams will kick off the next game day.
DPC SA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I is an online Dota 2 tournament that will take place from June 10 to July 15, 2022. The eight strongest teams in the South American region will compete for $205,000. In addition to the cash prizes, the teams will compete for two tickets to the majors and the important DPC points needed to qualify for T11.

Hokori (formerly known as SandBlood) is a Peruvian Dota 2 team from Ica, founded in 2020. This team is now at the peak of its strength. Hokori finished the spring tour in the South American region in third place, were as close as possible to a trip to the majors, but lost that slot in the beastcoast replay.
After their spring success, the team did not change their lineup. Valve has expanded the TI11 roster to 30 teams, so the Peruvian team will likely go there. But to contend for a place in the main round of the World Championship, they must continue to fight for extra DPC points.
SG esports: Complicated calendar at the start
SG esports (formerly known as SG e-sports) is a Brazilian professional eSports organization. It has had a team in Dota 2 since 2016. Having won the South American qualifier for the Kyiv Major in 2017, SG esports players became the first Brazilian squad to participate in a Major tournament organized by Valve. They also ended a two-year drought of no South American teams competing in the majors. The team made their first-ever appearance at The International in 2021 but failed to finish in last place 17-18 and failing to advance from the group.
The team was snatched up after TI10. The new squad could not compete in South America's elite division and was forced to relegate after the first round. In the spring, a renewed SG esports squad was able to win the second division of the regional league and try their hand again in the elite.
Before the start of the summer tour, the squad changed again. The squad left Peruvian first-string currier Parker, who decided to go for an infamous promotion of sorts. He was replaced by another Peruvian Berna, the Balrogs' defender for two DPC leagues. The third position player has also changed, with the vacant position being taken by Peruvian Frank, who had previously played on the Lava and Thunder Predator squads.
The first games will show how ready the SG esports players are for the elite.
Expert Betting Tips
The Hokori team is an experienced fighter in the elite division, and SG esports still needs to get used to the newcomers in the lineup and the new level of opponents. Therefore, I recommend looking out for the victory of Hokori in the match with a handicap (-1.5) on the maps; the odds for this are 1.90.
On the first map, the Total kills will be over 46.5; the odds on that are 1.75.
On the second map, Hokori will win with a handicap (-10.5) kills; the odds on this betting option is 1.83.
