The Jazzmen started off summer camp with a 97-95 (90-90) win over Memphis. Keionte George had 30 points. Utah felt that the 16th pick of the 2023 draft didn't get enough playing time last season, so they claimed him for the second consecutive Summer League.
In the second game, Utah came up short against Oklahoma, with a final score of 75-98. Keionte didn't play in this game, and the Jazzmen's top performers were Kenny Lofton, who's still trying to make a name for himself in the NBA, and Brice Sensabaugh, who played 32 games for the main team. They both scored 18 points, which is pretty efficient.
Philadelphia
If Utah is a team with a bright future, as evidenced by the presence of several key players on their Summer League roster, Philadelphia is aiming to win now. The 76ers are not as strong as the Jazz. It's mostly players who weren't drafted this year or last year. The only players who stand out are Romeo Langford, R.J. Hampton, and Ricky Council, who already have significant NBA experience.
Philadelphia beat Oklahoma 102-92 in the first game, but they couldn't quite hold on against Memphis in the second game, losing 85-87.
Expert Betting Tips
It's not always the case that the best-named team wins, and we're backing Philadelphia in the upcoming match. The Seventy Sixers have some great, experienced players on their lineup, and they have the stats on their side, too. Utah lost the last three times they played in summer camps.
