NBA is on and we have hit a period where the trade rumors are going to inflame further and there is no doubt that we are in for another busy transaction window. There can be some predictable trades but there are many instances where we can see surprising names being moved. Will we see the San Antonio Spurs getting busy in the market soon, they will meet the Brooklyn Nets.

The Spurs come into this contest after losing 119:132 to the Kings despite a 23 points performance by Jakob Poeltl. This was the fifth straight loss for San Antonio and they have lost eight out of their last nine games, having lost 31 games thus far and winning just 13. This season has been a dud thus far and it was expected from this highly inexperienced unit anyway. So far, only Devin Vassell and Keldon Johnson have shown to be effective offensive options but with the team probably heading to the lottery, they can end up landing a scintillating option like Victor Wembanayma.
Brooklyn Nets
The Nets come into this game after losing 102:112 against the Oklahoma City Thunder despite a 23 points performance by Seth Curry. Kyrie was held to just 35% shooting and the Nets have now lost two in a row. They have two losses in three games without Kevin Durant and his importance on the offensive end has been felt with the Nets not going past 102 in the last three games. However, the Nets have the defense to recover from this slip and their record of 27 wins and 15 losses certainly gives them breathing space. It will be interesting to see how the Nets respond once the Playoffs arrive.
Expert Betting Tips
The Nets have showcased offensive struggles without Durant and their lack of scoring depth has been apparent due to that. However, they will run into a Spurs team that is horrid this season and has a low chance even against a weakened unit of the Nets. But you never know when the home court inspires a big run and fortunes can turn. However, I back the Irving-led unit to come on top here. I predict a scoreline of 117:108 in favor of the Nets.
