The NBA Regular Season is now just a member for a few days and how quickly has this window gone by us? This eventful season will shift into the Postseason mode and this is where the champions are crowned. Will the underachieving Phoenix Suns be able to turn it on? Anyway, they will take on the San Antonio Spurs.

The Suns enter the game after defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder 128:118 as Kevin Durant stacked up 35 points. The Suns have won five in a row, all victories coming when Kevin Durant returned from his injury and the Suns have won all six games during which KD has been present. The current run has cemented their claim for the fourth position and one thing is clear, if KD stays active, the Suns can even aim for the title despite following a 62-win season with a below 50-win season. Of course, the Suns are blessed with the duo of Booker and Durant which can be too much to handle.
San Antonio Spurs
The Spurs come into this game after defeating the Sacramento Kings 142:134 in Overtime on the heels of a 30 points outburst by sharpshooter Doug McDermott. This was a surprise win for the bottom-ranked team against a fully loaded third-seeded squad. This win broke a six-game losing streak which has been the theme of the season as the Spurs have also lost 10+ games in a row multiple times and have almost thrice more losses than wins. They have the duo of Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell while Jeremy Sochan has promised to be a long-term two-way wing. Will the team land Victor Wembanayama in the draft?
Injuries
- Suns: Nothing to report thus far;
- Spurs: OUT: Devin Vassell, Jeremy Sochan, Charles Bassey. Khem Birch. DOUBTFUL: Romeo Langford, Keldon Johnson. QUESTIONABLE: Zach Collins.
Expert Betting Tips
The Suns have been on fire ever since Durant returned and their offense looks unstoppable. The Spurs have made it a routine to give up 130 or more regularly and current unit is a third-string unit for them, and this pertains to a team that has been playing like a second-string NBA squad all season long. That’s why I expect the Suns to win big and predict a scoreline of 141:111 in their favor.
